South African ordinary-passport holders may qualify for a 14- or 60-day UAE visa on arrival when they hold a valid residence permit issued by the United States, an EU member state, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore or South Korea.
Important: If you do not hold one of these qualifying residence permits, arrange a pre-approved UAE visa before travel. DubaiVisa.com does not process visa-on-arrival cases.
